If you pull up the Printers and Faxes dialog in Windows (from the Start menu, and/or the Control Panel), you should see the printer you just installed. I don't have screenshots for this, but it's probably a good idea to right-click on the printer and go into Properties. Under Device Settings, make sure the Paper Type is set to Receipt and the FRICTION field is set to 66mm x Receipt. In the Print Options area, make sure the Cut Action is set to Form Feed / Tear Bar.
