After debug in fixme window i get:  cat.util.fast_item_add   { 	"fileName":"oils://remote/xul/rel_2_8_1/server/cat/util.js", 	"lineNumber":586 }   in osrfsys.log I cant find eny errors, but I see "INSERT INTO" only in biblio.record_entry table, Not in asset.copy table or asset.call_number table.
