On behalf of the Evergreen 3.15 Release Team, I am pleased to announce the availability of the release candidate for version 3.15.
We would like to extend a huge thank you to Terran McCanna for wrangling the 3.15 Feedback Fest and everyone who participated in any way with an additional shoutout to Jason Boyer and Blake Graham Henderson for hosting test servers. Also thank you to Jane Sandberg for hosting the collaborative code review and all who participated in that weekly workgroup. Around 30 big and small fixes made their way into 3.15-rc through this amazing collaborative effort. And, we would like to express our gratitude to Galen Charlton for not only building both the beta and rc releases, but doing so live and being available for questions about the process.
The release candidate is the next to last step prior to the final build and release of the major feature release of Evergreen ILS, 3.15.0. It is an opportunity for end users at all levels to evaluate if this version is ready to go or has any show-stopping issues that must be fixed prior to the final release.
