OpenSRF 3.3.3 Released

The Evergreen development community are pleased to announce the release of OpenSRF 3.3.3 on 18 March 2026. This release fixes one bug and adds prerequisite installation on Debian 13 Trixie. While it is a small update for OpenSRF, it represents an important milestone on the way to Evergreen 3.17.0.

OpenSRF 3.3.3 is available for download at https://evergreen-ils.org/opensrf-downloads/.

Bug fixes include:

  • LP#2120581: Add prerequisite installation for Debian 13 “Trixie.”
  • LP#2130496: Improve back end error reporting. Back end transport
    and timeout errors previously returned an empty message. This
    update changes that to return a status message indicating that an
    error has occurred.

Evergreen 3.16.4 and 3.15.10 are available

The Evergreen release team is pleased to announce that point releases for 3.16.4 and 3.15.10 are available.

These releases contain a number of cataloging and circulation improvements, as well as fixes for the forthcoming Angular circulation interfaces.

Evergreen 3.16.3 and 3.15.9 are available

The Evergreen release team is pleased to announce that point releases for 3.16.3 and 3.15.9 are available.

These releases contain a critical fix related to patron surveys, as well as a number of accessibility improvements and cataloging improvements.
