CW MARS is proud to sponsor the 2023 Evergreen International Conference at the AC Hotel – Marriott in downtown Worcester, Massachusetts from Wednesday April 26 – Saturday April 29 2023. The pre-conference will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2023.

The AC Hotel is located in the heart of downtown Worcester (it’s pronounced “Woo-stah”), which itself, is located in the heart of Massachusetts. Worcester is the second largest city in New England, and there are many things to do and see within walking distance of the hotel. - Full Conference (after February 17): $250 CLOSED
- Pre-conference day: $80 CLOSED
- Early Single Day (through February 17): $110 CLOSED
- Single Day (after February 17): $125 CLOSED

- Unable to attend in person? Don’t fret, we added a remote attendee registration option if you would like to join us via Zoom for the Keynote and other sessions being held in the Wachusett B (main) room on Thursday and Friday.

Weather
April weather in Massachusetts can be unpredictable. Highs, on average, range between 55F and 65F (12C and 18C), with lows between 35F and 45F (1C and 7C). You might see sunshine, rain, (or on rare occasions, snow). We suggest checking the forecast when packing to make sure you’ll have appropriate wear.

COVID-19

Currently there are no required COVID-19 protocols in place to attend the 2023 Evergreen International Conference to be held in-person in Worcester, MA. Conference attendees are encouraged to be up-to-date on vaccinations. Face masks will be available at the registration table for anyone who prefers to wear one.
We will offer a very generous registration refund policy for anyone not feeling well enough to attend in person or for COVID-19 concerns. We can also help transfer a registration to another person if needed. Contact treasurer@evergreen-ils.org for more information or to request a refund.
The Evergreen Project Board and Evergreen Conference Committees continue to closely monitor federal, Massachusetts, City of Worcester, and local venue requirements around COVID-19. We will update this statement if requirements change and communicate details to all registered attendees.
