Getting There

Worcester is located roughly 45 miles west of Boston, MA, and is served by three nearby airports:

The AC Hotel by Marriott – Worcester is located at 125 Front Street, Worcester, Massachusetts, USA, 01608.

The hotel is only a 3 minute walk from Worcester’s Union Station, which serves as a regional hub for trains and buses.

From Logan International Airport (Boston, MA)

Logan International Airport  is located 49 miles from the AC Hotel in downtown Worcester.

MBTA Commuter Rail

A commuter train rail (known as the Framingham/Worcester line) runs between South Station in Boston and Union Station in Worcester. The train runs regularly throughout the day between 5 AM and 11 PM. Check the schedule for more specific times.

A one-way ticket costs around $12.00, and the trip takes about 1.5 hours.

Note that to use the commuter rail, you must get to South Station in Boston. From Logan, follow signs for the Silver Line (SL1) inbound to South Station. The Silver Line is free from Logan, and the trip to South Station will take roughly 20 minutes. (Note for your return trip that the Silver Line from South Station to Logan will cost $2.40.)

Peter Pan Bus Line

Peter Pan provides direct bus service between Logan and Union Station. The ride takes approximately 2 hours and costs around $20.00.

Check Peter Pan’s website for a schedule as the bus may only leave once or twice a day.

Greyhound Bus Line

Greyhound provides direct bus service between South Station in Boston and Union Station in Worcester. The ride takes approximately 1 hour and costs between $10.00 and $20.00.

Note that Greyhound does not provide service from Logan airport. To get to South Station in Boston, you must take alternate transport, such as the MBTA Silver Line (see MBTA Commuter Rail above), the Peter Pan bus line, ride-share (Uber/Lyft), or taxi.

Check Greyhound’s website for a schedule as the bus may only leave once or twice a day.

Knight’s Airport Limo Service

Knight’s airport limo service provides door-to-door shuttle service between Logan airport and the AC Hotel in Worcester. To book a ride, visit their website. Knight’s can accommodate between 1 and 29 passengers with a single booking. A single rider costs $85.00, but rates per person will decrease with more passengers (for example, a private 10 passenger van costs roughly $200 total), so this service is more viable if you plan to carpool with other attendees.  The shuttle ride will take roughly 1 hour.

Parking is available at the Hotel and nearby garages for a fee. See Parking below for more details.
