Conference Dates: April 22 – 24, 2024
We’re returning for another year of online conference programming! This year’s online conference will be held on the Pheedloop platform. The conference week will include a virtual exhibit hall for sponsors, a pre-conference, and two full days of regular conference programs. Hackfest will be held on the same platform on the day following the regular conference. We will be adding more information on the new platform and providing pre-conference details so stay tuned for more information!
Pre-conference workshops will take place on Monday, April 22.
The main conference events will take place Tuesday, April 23 and Wednesday, April 24.
Hackfest will be held following the conference on Thursday, April 25.
Conference Registration
Registration Fees:
Early Bird Conference (through March 1): $60
Regular Conference (after March 1): $80
Pre-conference day: $30 for one session or $55 for full day
Hackfest Registration
Hackfest is free but it does require a separate registration. Click on “Hackfest Registration” to complete the form.
Call for Proposals
Proposals for conference programs and pre-conference workshops are now being accepted.
- Proposals are being accepted for both 30 minute and 60 minute presentations.
- If you are an Interest Group leader and would like to request conference time, please submit to the same form.
- Lightning talks sign up will be provided during conference time.
Deadlines for submitting proposals: December 18, 2023 — extended to January 19, 2024
