- Full conference: $220
- Pre-Conference, Wednesday April 20th, per session: $65
- 1-day pass, Thursday April 21st or Friday April 22nd: $110
Regular Registration Prices: (February 16 – April 18, 2016)
- Full conference: $250
- Pre-Conference, Wednesday April 20th, per session: $65
- 1-day pass, Thursday April 21st or Friday April 22nd: $125

Invoiced Registrations
Registrations that require invoicing are available through February 15th, 2016 and must be paid in full within 30 days. As you register, please select “Show other payment options”. Invoiced registrations are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
Full refunds, less a $30 processing fee, will be issued up to 50 days after registration. Unfortunately we are unable to issue any refunds beyond 50 days after a registration. Four weeks prior to the start date of the conference, we will be unable to offer any refunds.

Attendee List
To encourage individual networking and follow-up, we will produce an attendee list including names, email addresses and Twitter/IRC handles to be distributed to all registrants at the time of the conference in print format. This list will NOT be published on the web and cannot be used for unsolicited commercial, marketing, or bulk email purposes. Please report any violations of this policy to 2016eic@gmail.com
You have the option to opt-out of the list as you register for the conference, or by emailing the conference organizers at 2016eic@gmail.com by April 11th 2016.
