Circulation Coordinator
Scenic Regional Library is seeking qualified candidates to fill a full-time Circulation Coordinator position at its administrative offices in Union.
The Circulation Coordinator maintains expert knowledge of the Evergreen ILS, ensuring effective use of ILS for staff and patrons, serving as a liaison between library staff and Equinox/MO Evergreen Consortium. This position evaluates circulation procedures and makes improvements when indicated. Preparation of statistical reports for Board Meetings, as well as special reporting when requested. Training new and existing staff on ILS and circulation duties.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree; ALA-accredited MLS Degree preferred. Experience with Evergreen MLS and circulation duties. Ability to instruct and train staff, as well as effective oral and written communication skills. Must be willing to work some evenings, Saturdays, and be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
Starting salary range of $61,483.73 – 70,654.54, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, retirement plan, and employer-provided health insurance.
