   1. The 2.4 documentation pages have been set up to pull from the 2.4 branch of the repository. 2.4 documentation is available from the main docs page: http://docs.evergreen-ils.org/ (rsoulliere, 14:04:59)

   3. A few things will be need be updated in the 2.4 branch including changing the new features page reference in root.txt to point to the 2.4 release notes. (rsoulliere, 14:05:15)

   5. I'm thinking of doing a similar exercise from the 2.3 Release Notes since I think there is still some documentation missing from that release. (kmlussier, 14:08:07)
   6. I also have an action item from the last meeting to do a "how-to" for release notes, but I haven't had a chance to get to that yet. I hope to start work on it in a couple of weeks. (kmlussier, 14:08:39)
   
   
3. update on Berklee's Simmons College intern project (yboston, 14:18:31)
   1. We have a bunch of updated 2.4 documentation to add, that thankfully Robert already gave it an early look to catch some formatting mistakes. (yboston, 14:18:44)
   2. the updated docs cover basic OPAC use, holds, my account, etc (yboston, 14:19:10)
   3. I still need to do some final proofreading before I add it to both master and the 2.4 branch. In a perfect world, the proper approach would have been for me to have pushed my changes to master right before the creation of the 2.4 branch, but I ran out of time. (yboston, 14:19:35)
   
   
4. Brainstorm on ideas from Vancouver conference (yboston, 14:30:33)
   1. IDEA: in the future try to figure out how to have complete documentation ready with each release (yboston, 15:04:44)
   2. IDEA: try to plan additional DIG activities at the next EG conference, like AsciiDoc training and a DIG hackfest (yboston, 15:05:25)
