Registration for the 2013 Evegreen Hack-A-Way is now live at http://hackaway2013.eventbrite.com/.
Calvin College has been an active member of the Evergreen community, not only supporting Dan Wells in his work as one of the core contributors of the Evergreen developers community, but this year hosting the 2013 Hack-A-Way in their hotel and conference center. Dan Wells is running double duty as both the on-site event organizer and release manager for 2.5!
Calvin College has arranged for a discounted room rate at $77.00 per night plus 15% tax (6% sales tax, 9% lodging tax). You can read more about the accommodations here: http://www.calvin.edu/prince/accommodations/.
Breakfast is provided by the conference center, and Calvin College will provide lunch and beverages for all three working days as well as shuttle transportation to and from the airport and for some evening excursions. Alcohol is not allowed on campus or at the hotel.
Our primary space will be a large multi-purpose room adjacent to the library. We would also have flexibility to use multiple conference rooms within the library if we wish to split up for any portion of the event.
The event is being sponsored by Equinox Software, The Open Source Experts. http://esilibrary.com. Equinox are well known for their expertise in Evergreen development, hosting and training as well as supporting that “other” open source ILS, Koha.
