The Evergreen Conference Early Bird Registration rate has been extended! The early bird rate will still be available through the end of the day on Monday, March 9.

If you need assistance with bulk registration or if you need to receive an invoice in order to submit payment, please contact the conference committee at eg-conf-2026@evergreen-ils.org. As long as you contact us before the end of day on Monday, May 9, you will qualify for the early bird rate. This will be the last day of early bird registration. On March 10 the full registration rate will go into effect.
Be sure to visit the Conference Schedule and Program Descriptions to see the exciting lineup of conference sessions and activities! Consider registering for the pre-conference with excellent session topics including Leadership, Strategic Planning, Aspen and Evergreen Integration, and an Editing Evergreen Tutorial. Note the Hackfests happening on the pre-conference day and the Dev Hackfest presentation are all free and do not require separate registration.
New Program Features this year
- Of special note is this year’s “Introductory Track” so if you have not attended a conference before or if you are interested in learning about what’s going on in other parts of the Evergreen community, you’ll find something meant just for you.
- We’re also working on an Interest Group Showcase to bring representatives from all of the Evergreen Interest Groups and Working Groups together to talk about their ongoing activities. More details on the IG Showcase and planned social activities will be announced soon so stay tuned for additional announcements.
