Thursday, April 23 from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm
The conference reception will be held in the La Grotta restaurant, which opens out to the beautiful courtyard / beer garden. Light refreshments will be served. The reception is open to all conference attendees.
Dine-Arounds
Friday, April 24
Split up into groups to visit various local restaurants and get to know your colleagues from other Evergreen libraries! Carpooling, shared ride services, and the hotel shuttle are encouraged.
Gaming
Groups will generally meet up around 9 pm each night in the large meeting room to play card & board games. Bring your favorites if you have room in your suitcase!
