The exhibit area will be open throughout most of the conference. Mid-morning and afternoon breaks will be scheduled in the exhibit area in addition to a Friday afternoon special “Vendor Showcase”.
Exhibit Fees
- Early Bird: $750.00 (through Feb 15, 2016)
- Regular: $850.00 (Feb 16, 2016 – Mar 15,2016)
Exhibit Times
- Thursday, Apr 21: Exhibits open 10 am – 5 pm
- Friday, Apr 22: Exhibits open 10 am – 5 pm
Exhibit Showcase Times
- Thursday: mid-morning and afternoon break
- Friday: mid-morning and afternoon break and an extended “Vendor Showcase” afternoon break
Materials Provided to Exhibitors
- Open-air, bright location between session rooms.
- One (1) 6-foot draped/ skirted table
- Two (2) chairs
- Free Wireless Internet Access
- Electricity
- Carpeted area
- One (1) conference registration
