Development Update

On behalf of the 3.15 release team, I am particularly pleased to announce that Evergreen 3.15-beta is available at all the usual places including, but not limited to, the https://evergreen-ils.org/egdownloads/ page. Please be aware that this is a BETA version meant for testing and feedback.

Wait! I hear you say “Did I hear FEEDBACK?” That’s right. That’s exactly what you heard/read. There is a Feedback Fest scheduled to begin on Monday, March 31 and run through Friday, April 4. Stay tuned to the Evergreen General and Development listservs for more information on that from Terran McCanna in the coming days.

Also, please check out the release notes for 3.15-beta (also available on the downloads page). This is a very feature/fix rich release.

The February 2025 release team is pleased to announce the availability of 2 new versions of the Evergreen open-source ILS – 3.14.4 and 3.13.9. Links to downloads, release notes, and much more are available on the Downloads page.

This month’s team included:

These maintenance releases are particularly rich with updates including 44 bugfixes for 3.14.4 and 23 bugfixes for 3.13.9. This is largely due to the efforts of Terran McCanna (PINES) to coordinate Bug Squash Week in late January and everyone who participated. Thanks to the release team, Terran, and to everyone who has contributed, tested, and committed patches for these releases.
